The aromas of these 2 ingredients enhance each other to create a unique taste experience. Pairs well with red wine. The coconut sugar adds a hint of nut or caramel which can only be discerned in this simple yet rich while not intensely dark chocolate bar. (Coconut sugar is derived from the sap of the coconut tree, and not from the fruit as many think. This is what lends it its distinctive flavor notes without any artificial flavors).
